On-line Purchases / Orders
All our products and support services can be purchased on-line at our secure web store only. To be able to see the price information and create a quote request or order you need to first create an account.

The General Terms and Conditions applies to all purchases from Technosoftware GmbH and are available in

All Technosoftware GmbHs software product are licensed under our License Agreement.
Return Policy
Payment Methods
Credit Card (Stripe)
With credit card purchases the software can immediately be downloaded. There is only a short validation period because we manually check the payment. After that the product download will be activated.
We do not store the credit card information. You need to enter this information with each purchase.
Invoice (Payment in Advance)
Make your payment directly into our bank account. Please use your Order ID as the payment reference. The order confirmation email contains address and wire instructions. The product download will be activated after we received the funds.
Quote Request
This only emails a printable quote for the products currently in the shopping cart in case you need a document to get a purchase request approved.
