All our products and support services can be purchased online at our secure web store only.

Only Company Site Licenses and 1-year or 2-years support subscriptions can be purchased offline. Please check our PriceList.

Be aware that for offline orders only Invoice (Payment in Advance) is available as payment option.
No Credit Card handling!

For delivery you need to create an online account so that we can deliver the license information and future license updates.

Discounted price information shown in the online shop are only valid for online purchases!

The General Terms and Conditions applies to all purchases from Technosoftware GmbH and are available in

All Technosoftware GmbHs software solutions are licensed under our License Agreement.

Software products can not be returned after purchase but for all our software products we also have Downloads available which you can test for 30 days prior to purchasing.

With credit card purchases the software can immediately be downloaded. There is only a short validation period because we manually check the payment. After that the product download will be activated.
We do not store the credit card information. You need to enter this information with each purchase.

Make your payment directly into our bank account. Please use your Order ID as the payment reference. The order confirmation email contains address and wire instructions. The product download will be activated after we received the funds.

This only emails a printable quote for the products currently in the shopping cart in case you need a document to get a purchase request approved.
