Free of charge Support

Technosoftware offers free of charge support for its OPC UA Solutions with the following options:

  1. You can use the support request form here.
    It can be used for Bugs, Change Requests, Enhancements, Questions or Help.
  2. Updates and fixes are delivered here free of charge, if/when they are made available.
  3. Hotfixes for customer specific issues requires the purchase of an OPC UA Support Subscription first.

Important:

  1. Phone or Email support are not available.
  2. Only the mainline version (ML), currently V4, is supported.
  3. Usually you get a first response within 5 business days.

Supported Versions

The following versions are currently supported:

  1. Main Line (ML) Version: 4, currently 4.2.0
  2. Long Term Support (LTS) Version: 3, currently 3.4.0
  3. Under Development: 5, currently 5.0.0 RC

Paid Support

Technosoftware offers paid support for its OPC UA Solutions with the following options:

    It can be used for Bugs, Change Requests, Enhancements, Questions or Help.
  2. You can use our support Email support (at) technosoftware.com.
  3. Updates and fixes are delivered here free of charge, if/when they are made available.
  4. Hotfixes for customer specific issues will be created if needed.

Important:

  1. Support is given for the mainline version (ML), currently V4 but also for the Long Term Support (LTS) version if you purchased a support subscription at that time the LTS was the ML version.
  2. Usually you get a first response within 1 business day. See also our  Support Services Agreement.
